  • What is ELEC?

    Established in 1973‚ ELEC monitors the campaign financing of all elections in the State. Whether the election is for Governor or Mayor‚ member of the Legislature or a City Council‚ candidates and campaign organizations are required to file with the Commission contribution and expenditure reports.

Notice of Change to Public Hearing Date and of Extension of Public Comment Period Annual Fee for Governmental Affairs Agents link
The Commission is changing the date of the public hearing regarding Annual Fee for Governmental Affairs Agents.  The original hearing date was May 19, 2015; the new hearing date is Tuesday, May 26, 2015.  The Commission is also extending the deadline for the submission of written comments from May 19, 2015, to May 26, 2015.
