  • What is ELEC?

    Established in 1973‚ ELEC monitors the campaign financing of all elections in the State. Whether the election is for Governor or Mayor‚ member of the Legislature or a City Council‚ candidates and campaign organizations are required to file with the Commission contribution and expenditure reports.

To access the Form PFD-1 and file‚ follow the steps below:

  • RIGHT CLICK the PDF document link, then choose Save Link As...‚ or Download Linked File As... from the pop-up menu.
  • SAVE the form to your computer desktop
  • OPEN the saved form on your computer desktop using Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • FILL out the form
  • SAVE AS PDF (NOT AS PRINT TO PDF)
    • Note: You should be able to enter the report after it has been saved and modify fields if necessary
